Slurry Shield TBM

Diameter range of machine covers from 3m to 18m, with respective weight from 300t to 5000t. Atmospheric intervention is adopted based on geological condition. Cutters could be replaced under atmospheric pressure. 

 

Stabilized Tunneling Face

Air-Slurry balanced slurry shield machine is selected， and the slurry with high specific gravity, high viscosity is injected into working chamber and air cushion chamber to form a fully covered mud film on tunneling face.  Then air for maintaining pressure is injected into air cushion chamber to maintain the stability of tunneling face and control ground settlement well. 

 

Super Large Size TBM

Through surrounding support, center support structure, the machine internal operating space has been widely enlarged, from small size to over 18m super large size.
