Liaoning Censcience Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “LNSS”) established in 2009, entered the field of tunnel boring machine manufacturing in 2011, and in 2014, LNSS is wholly acquired all the assets and intellectual property rights of Canada Caterpillar Tunnel Equipment Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Caterpillar, a subsidiary of Caterpillar, a United StatesFortune 500 company, specializing in the research, design, production and sales of shield machine/TBM tunnel boring machine, and becoming a global advanced tunneling equipment manufacturer and technical service provider.
LNSS is a high-tech enterprise, a demonstration enterprise of technological innovation, and an enterprise with intellectual property advantages, and has an engineering research center for shield machine/TBM tunnel boring machine, established an academician workstation, and has been approved to build a postdoctoral workstation. LNSS is has a R&D team at home and abroad with high R&D level, comprehensive technical ability and rich practical experience, and has set up four major research and design institutes, including Liaoyang Headquarters Research and Design Institute, Canada LOVSUNS Overseas R&D Center, Shenyang Research Branch and Wuhan Research Branch. The design institute has more than 10 institutes, including earth pressure institute, slurry institute, hard rock institute, machinery institute, hydraulic institute, electrical institute, technology institute, special equipment 1 and special equipment 2. At present, more than 200 patents for invention and utility model of shield machine have been obtained.
LNSS is covers an area of 220 acres, with a construction area of 60,000 square meters, with 8 manufacturing workshops, a complete set of large-scale CNC machining centers, a complete streamlined operation platform and well-trained technical workers, and a total of 1,000 employees. The factory is divided into welding center, machining center, assembly center and assembly center to achieve streamlined operation, and the assembly center has 8 stations and an annual production capacity of 100 units.
LNSS's leading product is the shield machine/TBM tunnel boring machine, which is one of the few companies in the world that can produce "full type, full caliber" tunnel boring machine products. The products include five categories: earth pressure balance, slurry balance, hard rock TBM, special-shaped and vertical shield machines, with diameters ranging from 2 meters to 24 meters. Products are widely used in subway, municipal comprehensive pipe gallery, highway, railway, water conservancy, energy, mining, underground parking lot, military industry and other fields, has entered the vast majority of the country's subway construction cities, and exported to United Kingdom, Russia, Italy, Switzerland, Spain, Turkey, United States, Canada, Australia and other countries and regions, especially the "Belt and Road" countries.
