The "One Belt One Road" project of the Three Three Industries set another world record --- "King of Complex Geological Shield" dug 5 kilometers in 10 months
The golden rat gives good news and welcomes spring from all over the world. On January 23, the good news came from the subway extension project of Sansan Industrial Station in Istanbul, Turkey. A 6560mm diameter composite earth pressure balance shield machine in service in the project broke out, setting a world record for continuous excavation of 5 kilometers in only 10 months in the face of high hardness and high corrosion complex strata. When the news came, the whole plant was excited and added a festive atmosphere to the festival's three-three industries.
The tunneling section runs through moderately weathered mudstone and slightly weathered tuff, with the highest hardness up to 150MP, and passes through the silt texture layer with very loose geology and poor self-stability in the middle, which increases the difficulty of construction anti-settlement. In view of the complex geological conditions in this interval, the composite earth pressure balance shield machine of Sansan Industrial 6560 adopts AFS formation stabilization system, which can automatically adjust the pressure above the soil when passing through the abnormally loose formation and effectively control the surface settlement within 5mm. Equipped with an arbitrary partition system, the attitude of the equipment is effectively controlled by the AFS formation stabilization system when passing through the abnormally loose formation; the combination of ordinary shield machine cutter plate and hard rock TBM cutter plate increases the opening rate of the center of the cutter plate, while ensuring the knife spacing and the number of cutters, providing good adaptability for passing through the hard rock formation; Carrying a swing arm type quick unloading device, the segment transportation efficiency is improved, and the construction efficiency is improved; The main driving power reaches 1200KW, enabling the equipment to shuttle strongly in complex formations, it provides a strong guarantee for cutting 30mm steel bars at the portal. The well-designed and well-manufactured 6560 shield challenged the full-section highly corrosive hard rock and completed a record 5250 meters of excavation in just 10 months.
On the day of exit, Type 6560 met 4 concrete piles with a diameter of 1000mm at the entrance of the cave. The technical service personnel of the 3rd and 3rd industries on the site made careful judgment and scientific decision. They adopted the construction method of grinding and protecting piles to exit the cave. Type 6560 shield again developed exquisite "knife method" to easily break C40 high-grade concrete piles, directly cut off 32 steel bars with a diameter of 30mm in the piles, and broke the cave by itself.
