A 6480mm diameter earth pressure balance shield machine, facing the most difficult and complicated geological conditions in the history of Hangzhou subway construction, broke through the SGHF-11 bid section of Hangzhou-Fuyang intercity railway project on the night of April 7, the excavation task of the bid section shall be completed two months in advance.
The civil construction SGHF-11 of Hangzhou-Fuyang intercity railway project is the most difficult and complicated stratum in the history of Hangzhou subway construction: first, the soft and hard granite stratum on the bid section, with granite hardness reaching 150Mpa-170Mpa; Second, the Shi Ying content is high, the Shi Ying particle hardness is above 180Mpa, and some Shi Ying granite balls are mixed with Shi Ying granite balls. Third, karst caves of different sizes are distributed. These major technical and safety risks impose stringent requirements on equipment adaptability and construction control.
In the face of the complex geological conditions of the site, the three three industry and the construction side careful analysis, scientific construction plan. For the upper soft and lower hard strata, the tunneling parameters are reasonably optimized, and the tunneling direction of the shield machine is strictly controlled according to the principle of "diligent correction and slow correction" to avoid deviation and make the shield machine tunneling smoothly. For the situation that the full-section granite causes serious tool wear and frequent replacement of the shield machine, the TBM hob is adopted instead of the ordinary hob, and the tool starting torque and other parameters are adjusted accordingly, and the tool wear and replacement are effectively controlled; for the caves distributed on the face of the tunnel, the slag samples are analyzed in each ring, and the parameters such as the speed of the cutter head and the propulsion speed are adjusted in time to avoid the large impact of the cutter.
After the re-formulation and implementation of the construction plan, the 22-ring TBM cutter was continuously pushed on site without damage. The original equipment only pushed on 2-3 rings per day, and after adjustment, pushed on 8-10 rings per day, which greatly improved the construction efficiency on site. The excellent quality of the 33-ring industrial shield machine bought valuable time for the Hangzhou-Fuyang intercity railway project.
The person in charge of the project of Zhejiang Tunnel Engineering Company said that the shield machine started on May 1, 2019 and was planned to be completed on June 10, 2020. However, due to the influence of harsh and complex geological conditions, the construction plan was adjusted many times, especially the sudden severe epidemic situation, which led to the forced shutdown. It was thought that the completion time could not be realized at all and would definitely be postponed. However, the three-three industrial equipment team did their best with admirable professionalism, it has overcome many dangerous hurdles such as moderately weathered granite section, dense and hard tuff section and water-rich round gravel section with obvious spherical weathering characteristics. It has solved the problems of tool change, gushing, upper soft and lower hard, overcome the impact of the epidemic situation, and not only achieved safe and rapid excavation, but also realized advance penetration.
