The fully automatic vertical shield machine is a high-intelligence, high-efficiency, electromechanical-hydraulic integrated product independently developed and designed by Sansan Industry. It is mainly used in the excavation construction of vertical deep tunnels such as underground intelligent parking lots, non-ferrous metal mines, coal mines, and military industries. The product completely changed the traditional shaft tunneling method and opened up a new vertical shield construction method.
During the exhibition, the fully automatic vertical shield machine was closely watched by the organizers, the audience and the news media. Sun Xiaobo, president of the Urban parking Branch of the China Urban Public Transport Association and president of the Wuhan Motor vehicle parking Industry Association, Zhang Lei, secretary general, Cheng Bin, head of the Wuhan parking lot construction headquarters, and other leaders had in-depth exchanges with Lu Chunlei, deputy general manager of Sansan Industry, and Liu Shuangzhong, president of the Research and Design Institute, this paper discusses in detail the operation details and related problems of automatic vertical shield machine in tunneling technology, investment cost, construction cycle, follow-up operation, big data support, cloud service, etc., and gives high evaluation and expectation to the construction of underground parking lot by vertical shield method.
