On July 2, 2019, the special research group of "creating a fair competition environment for private enterprises" headed by Cai Jingwei, Secretary of the Party group and executive vice chairman of Liaoning Federation of industry and commerce, came to Sansan industry to conduct field research on the implementation of the opinions.
The research team went deep into the machine processing, assembly and final assembly workshops, visited all aspects of shield machine production and manufacturing, and conducted a detailed investigation on the working principle, internal structure, core technology system and domestic and foreign market performance of the shield machine. The production environment of the workshop was highly evaluated.
At the subsequent business executives symposium, the research team conducted a detailed understanding of the actual evaluation of the local business environment and service targets by the Sansan Industry.
In his report, Deputy General Manager Liu Weiyi first thanked the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Federation for their care and guidance to the Third Industry. At the same time, he pointed out that the Opinions have formulated six based on the comprehensive opinions of private enterprises, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities. The 23 detailed rules cover many areas such as optimizing the environment, reducing costs, financial support, innovation and transformation. Cai Jingwei fully affirmed the obvious achievements made by the three three industries in production and operation, technological innovation, market development, and party building work. He said that the "Opinions" were issued with high specifications and conveyed a lot of important information. The Federation of Industry and Commerce should not only play the role of the party and the government as a bridge to connect with the non-public economy, but also give full play to its political leading role in the non-public economy, in accordance with the spirit of the "Opinions", we must make every effort to solve problems for private enterprises such as the Third Industry and promote the rapid development of Liaoyang's private economy.
