From January 2 to 4, 2020, the management team of Sanshan Industry gathered in Jinggangshan to hold the "2019 Work Summary and 2020 Work Arrangement Meeting", "Review 2019 and Look Forward to 2020". By learning the spirit of Jinggangshan, everyone can "Do not forget your initiative mind, remember the mission".
The meeting carefully summarized and reviewed the work in 2019. The participants reported their achievements and existing problems, and put forward specific suggestions and countermeasures. The meeting made a detailed plan for the work in 2020, and made arrangements and deployments around market expansion, technology research and development, talent introduction, production control, after-sales service, and team execution. The meeting pointed out that in 2020, the Third Industry will be guided by the spirit of the important speech when General Secretary Xi Jinping visited Liaoning, and will carry out in-depth construction of the "management year, innovation year, quality year, marketing year, and talent year", with "adhere to the main business," Prevention and control risks, and steady development "as the bottom line principle, pay close attention to 13 key tasks, seek high-quality development, create happiness for employees, create a platform for strivers, and create a win for partners, creating value for society.
Jinggangshan is the cradle of the Chinese revolution, Jinggangshan struggle opened up the road to the victory of the Chinese revolution. This meeting is also a turning point for the important strategic goals of the three-three industrial sprint. In the process of meeting opportunities and challenges, we must constantly improve ourselves, realize management upgrades, technology upgrades, and service upgrades, like a single spark, not afraid of difficulties and obstacles, and go through the road. After the big pass, it eventually turned into a prairie fire.
During the meeting, all the participants laid wreaths to the Jinggangshan revolutionary martyrs, visited the Jinggangshan Revolutionary History Museum, paid tribute to the former residences and revolutionary sites of great men, listened to the evocative deeds of the revolutionary martyrs, recalled the present and the past, and deeply felt the various tribulations, blood and fire tests experienced by our party, country and nation. Participants said that through this study, everyone has further unified their thinking, clarified the direction, and gathered strength. The Jinggangshan spirit will surely be rooted in our hearts and guide us to be unswerving and tenacious on the road to pursuing our dreams!
