"Zhenxing No.1" is specially designed for the construction environment and requirements of underground coal mine roadways. It uses a full-section cutter head to break rock into roadways at one time, completely changing the problems of high energy consumption and low construction speed of the traditional manual drilling and blasting method in the construction of whole rock roadways. With a brand-new construction method, it meets the requirements of safety, environmental protection and speed in coal mine construction."Zhenxing No.1" integrates the functions of tunneling, slag discharge, support, dust prevention, ventilation, guidance, explosion-proof, advanced drilling, data acquisition, ground monitoring and other functions, realizing parallel operation of tunneling, support, slag discharge and other construction processes, and can adapt to the excavation of soft rock, hard rock, soft and hard staggered and other strata. Cutterhead and cutting tool layout science, excellent material selection, adapt to complex geological conditions and long-distance tunneling, the average monthly footage of 600-800 meters, the highest monthly footage can reach more than 1000 meters.
