In recent years, the party committee of Liaoning Energy Group has thoroughly implemented General Secretary Xi Jinping's new energy security strategy of "four revolutions and one cooperation", conscientiously implemented the decisions and arrangements of the provincial party committee and provincial government, and combined with its own reality, centering on the intelligence of production and operation, the digitization of product innovation, and the ecologicalization of the industrial system, actively promote the deep integration of new technologies such as the Internet, big data and artificial intelligence with the coal industry. The group adheres to the principle of "overall planning, priority first, step-by-step implementation, and gradual improvement", and actively promotes the construction of the "four modernizations" of coal mines. The construction of the "four modernizations" of its coal mining enterprises has only one intelligence in the province a year ago. The "one flower alone" of the fully mechanized mining face has now been "point, line, and surface" to achieve "a hundred flowers blooming". Over the past year, the group has invested a total of 0.512 billion yuan in the construction of "four modernizations" and completed the installation of 9 intelligent fully mechanized mining faces. 20 coal mines have completed the upgrading and transformation of personnel positioning, gas monitoring and monitoring, and industrial video monitoring systems. The automatic and unmanned transformation of fixed places above and below the coal mine has been completed in 228, reducing 745 people in fixed positions. The centralized control of belt conveyors in coal mines accounts for 39%; 3066 video surveillance probes were installed in important locations above and below the coal mine, up 34% year on year.
Through the continuous development of the "four modernizations" construction of coal mines, we will make every effort to promote mechanized substitution, automated reduction, and intelligent unmanned, which further improves work efficiency, reduces the labor intensity of employees, and enhances safety assurance capabilities.
It is understood that the state-owned coal enterprises in our province plan to realize intelligent mining in the coal mining face of the rock burst mine by the end of 2022; before the end of 2023, the mines with geological conditions will realize intelligent mining in the coal mining face. In the next step, Liaoning Energy Group will take intelligent industrialization as the goal, coal mine as the breakthrough point, intelligent manufacturing, intelligent transformation of traditional industries and intelligent application as the starting point, build a number of model workshops and factories, build an industrial Internet ecology running through the innovation chain and industrial chain, and promote the high-quality development of enterprises with intelligent innovation.
