Lv Chunlei, Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of the Company, presided over the teaching ceremony.
Professor Chen, with a solid theoretical foundation, affectionate language, and great cases in the ordinary, explains in simple terms the dialectical relationship between strengthening self-consciousness through culture, practicing professional ethics, and improving executive ability. It talks about the family and country feelings of developing enterprises, happy employees and contributing to society; It teaches the responsibility of striving for a new era, starting a new journey and creating new achievements.
The two-hour lecture was colorful, solemn and warm, and the on-site personnel were enthusiastic and enthusiastic. Professor Chen stressed that this is a great era and it is a blessing to be able to participate in it. Through hard work, I learned that one after another, responsible, dreamy, passionate, ordinary and great outstanding employees have emerged in the three three industries. Some employees gave up the time of family reunion during the Spring Festival for ten consecutive years to stick to their posts. Some employees gave silently in the depths of the coal mine under 1,000 meters. Some expatriates were seriously ill and had a high fever and insisted on debugging the complete electrical machine on duty. Some employees' children went to foreign construction sites less than a week after they were born. Some employees are reluctant to leave their homes for the signing of the contract. When night falls, looking back at the brightly lit industrial plant area, it is the workers in the workshop who are rushing to produce, the engineers who are rushing to design, and the business departments who are rushing to make progress......
It is such excellent employees one after another who have set an example of professional ethics, united and encouraged more people to be down-to-earth, work honestly, work diligently, not afraid of hardships and dangers, and overcome difficulties. In exchange, shield machines will be offline as scheduled, new products will be continuously launched, and customers will be highly satisfied, so that the three and three industries will have a direction and a future, develop and grow day by day, overcome many difficulties, and break through the ups and finally become the road.
