On January 5, Sansan Industry held a 2022 work arrangement meeting to summarize and review the work in 2021 and arrange and deploy the work in 2022. Members of the company's board of directors, corporate executives, middle-level cadres, heads of various regions, heads of joint ventures and overseas companies attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by party secretary and deputy general manager Lu Chunlei.

The participants reported on the completion of various work indicators in 2021, existing problems and the 2022 work plan, focusing on the analysis of domestic and foreign market environment, policy orientation and equipment demand. Arrangements have been made for 2022 operating indicators, etc.

The meeting adjusted the three-three industrial management team and the division of functions, and appointed members of the Strategy Committee, the Wind Control Committee, the Remuneration Committee, and the Price Committee. The meeting also studied party building and trade union work.

The meeting focused on technology research and development and marketing. Marketing Corporation conducted in-depth discussions on business segments, product areas, and marketing models.
