The 6280 earth pressure balance shield machine "Tackling No.1" developed and manufactured by Sansan Industry successfully took the lead in the first shield section of Qingdao Metro Line 6, making great contributions to the construction of the main project of the project.

In the excavation construction, the earth pressure balance shield machine "Tackling No.1" of the No.33 industrial 6280 has overcome the technical problems and safety risks such as severe environmental protection situation, crossing the water-rich sand upper cover soil layer, high-strength surrounding rock and upper soft and lower hard strata, nowhere to be removed, receiving the vertical shaft in the shield section, narrow space, difficult dismantling and hoisting, crossing the Luobu reservoir at close range, and crossing two reservoir culverts, to achieve scientific organization of construction, precise settlement control, strict quality control, ensure absolute safety, strengthen data monitoring, at a daily tunneling speed of 18 meters, in this section of 30 mechanical tunneling equipment, after tunneling, first through, creating a new record for Qingdao subway construction speed.
