"West Lake" and "Qianjiang" Double Sword Combination-Sansan Industrial Production 14.16 m Diameter Super-large Diameter Shield Machine Successfully Offlines

On December 23, another milestone product of Sansan industry came out. The key project of Hangzhou Asian Games-the second phase of Hangzhou Wenyi Road upgrading project "Qianjiang" super large slurry balance shield machine was successfully offline in Wuhan and passed the acceptance.
Prior to this, the "West Lake" super-large slurry shield machine was offline on October 23 and shipped to the Hangzhou construction site. The combination of "West Lake" and "Qianjiang" will jointly serve the key node project of the 2022 Hangzhou Asian Games, which has attracted worldwide attention, representing a major breakthrough in China's super-large and super-long shield tunnel construction technology and equipment manufacturing technology.
The twin brothers "West Lake" and "Qianjiang" are of the same specification and model, with a diameter of 14.16 meters, a total length of 145 meters, a weight of more than 3500 tons, an installed power of 8000KW, a total tunneling thrust of 23000 tons, and a torque of 4000T.m. They are the pinnacle of shield machine manufacturing, integrating cutting-edge technologies such as machinery, hydraulics, electricity, PLC, robots, laser guidance and big data.
